2 spring onions, 2 yellow peppers, 7 baby zucchini, 3 carrots, half a head of cabbage, 3 stalks celery, 1-2 cans of tomatoes, vegetable stock, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, fresh chilli peppers, salt, pepper
Chop the above ingredients, add water and cook for about 20 mins. In the meantime soak 3 tbsp of fenugreek seeds in hot water and add later the tea to the soup. Squeeze one lemon and also add the juice. Have as much as you like!
